Using Journey Book
Journey Book lets people track places they have visited, save memories, and compare travel maps with friends or groups. By using Journey Book, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. You should use an email account you control and keep your email account secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or create risk for other users.
Your content
You keep ownership of the travel entries, notes, and other content you add. You give Journey Book permission to store, display, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Journey Book to harass others, send spam, probe or attack the service, scrape data at scale, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, or interfere with other users.
Availability and changes
Journey Book may change over time, and some features may be added, changed, or removed. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Journey Book is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. The service is for personal travel tracking and social comparison, not for safety, navigation, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Journey Book will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
